Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as Game Masters. In this role, you will lead groups through our escape room experiences, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable and memorable time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Host & Guide: Welcome guests, explain game rules, and provide necessary instructions before the start of each game.

Game Monitoring: Observe participants during the game through surveillance systems, ensuring safety and providing hints as needed to enhance the experience.

Customer Interaction: Engage with guests pre- and post-game, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.

Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during gameplay, ensuring that all guests have a seamless experience.

Room Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the escape rooms, ensuring that all props and puzzles are in good condition and ready for the next group.

Training & Development: Complete the initial training program, demonstrating knowledge of all escape room themes and puzzles, and be prepared for promotion to Game Master upon successful completion.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Passion for gaming, puzzles, and providing a high-quality guest experience.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
